The new US company brings together MindBerry’s existing US activities and provides a dedicated base from which to develop our work with companies and organisations across the country.
MindBerry is already working with US-based clients and has built a growing network of counsellors and mental health professionals across the United States. These highly qualified Professionals bring local knowledge, cultural understanding and clinical expertise, helping MindBerry provide meaningful support to diverse US workforces.
The launch of MindBerry Insights builds on this existing foundation and marks the next chapter in MindBerry’s international journey.
Building our US professional network
Our growing network of US-based mental health Professionals is at the heart of MindBerry’s expansion in the United States.
Alongside our international network, these counsellors and Professionals provide local support to organisations and their employees, while benefiting from MindBerry’s technology, operational support and wider professional community.
Our model brings together human expertise and technology, giving organisations flexible access to professional mental wellbeing support, including online and onsite services, individual counselling, group sessions, organisational wellbeing support and self-help resources.
Joseph Lee appointed Head of Business Development – North America
As part of our continued development in the region, Joseph Lee, M.A., LPC, has joined MindBerry as Head of Business Development – North America.
Joseph is a Licensed Professional Counselor and behavioural health executive with more than 13 years of experience across Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), behavioural health, clinical counselling and corporate engagement.
In his new role, Joseph will focus on developing relationships with organisations across the United States and broader North American market, helping to build new partnerships and opportunities for MindBerry.
His appointment adds further experience and local knowledge to our growing US operation.
